ETROS averages increases of 100% to bottom-line cash flow within first 12-months. Increase in cash flow is typically seen within the first 90-days.
ETROS will obtain better results quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year. Agreements come with a no-fault 45-day opt-out to ensure client satisfaction.
HOW IT WORKS
ETROS is hired by an investor to manage their under performing senior housing or skilled nursing asset. ETROS becomes the asset manager defining the strategy, direction, and goals of the communities under management. There are no changes to the operations company, branding or employees.
ETROS serves as the Asset Manager focused on turnaround strategy. The operator can realign their regional corporate team to other problem areas, while ETROS provides daily oversight with adherence to the operator’s brand and policies.
Depending on the agreement, ETROS receives either a flat fee or a small percentage of collected revenue paid by investor or from asset operating company.
This is typically a short-term agreement lasting 2 years to stabilization. Stabilization is defined as 95%+ occupancy for 6 consecutive months.
