ETROS CONSULTING

ETROS consulting is unlike any consulting you’ve experienced. We give you both strategies and execution with real results. ETROS is experienced in all facets of senior living from senior apartments and independent living, to assisted living and memory care, to skilled nursing and long-term acute care hospitals.

Under a consulting partnership, the asset sees immediate gains to net operating income without the disruption of changing the senior living management and operations team.

ETROS clients perform an average of 90% better than prior to engagement.       Results typically seen within first 90-days.

Agreements come with a no-fault 45-day opt-out to ensure client satisfaction.         Past results are no guarantee of future performance.

HOW IT WORKS

ETROS is hired by an investor to consult with their in-place senior housing management company.  ETROS becomes the asset manager defining the strategy, direction, and goals of the communities under management. There are no changes to the operations company, branding or employees. 

Third Party Management for Operators

ETROS serves as the Asset Manager focused on turnaround strategy. The operator can realign their regional corporate team to other problem areas, while ETROS provides daily oversight with adherence to the operator’s brand and policies.

Third Party Management - Fees

Depending on the agreement, ETROS receives either a flat fee or a small percentage of collected revenue paid by investor or from asset operating company.

Third Party Management - Chart

This is typically a short-term agreement lasting 2 years to stabilization. Stabilization is defined by a T12 of a 30%+ margin with metrics met as determined by investor.
