AMBER WILLIAMS, FOUNDER + CEO
Amber Williams is founder and CEO of ETROS Management Firm. Amber is responsible for creating new client turnaround strategies and vertical integration of new revenue streams for stabilized clients. With over a decade of experience in senior housing, Amber has grown every turnaround project in revenue and bottom line year-over-year. Amber is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
WILLIAM BARBER, FOUNDER + CFO
William Barber is founder and CFO of ETROS Management Firm. William is responsible for the finance department, new client development and managing established relationships. William focuses on new partnerships that include a variety of consulting and asset management agreements. William brings over a decade of corporate-level hospitality experience to the firm. William holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
BRITTNEY OHMERT, VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Brittney Ohmert is the Vice President of Sales at ETROS Management Firm. Brittney is responsible for revenue generation and revenue cycle management across the portfolio. The first half of her career was in the financial industry before transitioning to senior living. Brittney holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri Western State University.
KELLY HATTER, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Kelly Hatter is the Vice President of Operations at ETROS Management Firm. Kelly works closely with client communities to exceed sales and operational goals. She brings over ten years of turnaround experience to the firm from top senior housing brands. Kelly spent most of her career outperforming senior housing KPI metrics. Kelly joined the ETROS team to lead the Dallas office.
