Amber uses her twenty years of senior housing experience to create new client strategies and vertical integration of new revenue streams for stabilized clients. She comes with a proven background in maximizing margins across senior housing service types. Amber is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington

William Barber is founder and CFO of ETROS Management Firm. William works with new acquisitions by creating custom financial strategies to improve client performance. William brings over a decade of corporate-level hospitality experience to the firm. William holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
KELLY HATTER, VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
Kelly Hatter is the Vice President of Finance at ETROS Management Firm. Kelly is responsible for leading the financial success of our client portfolios. Kelly brings over a decade of senior housing turnaround experience to the firm, with a specialty in labor controls and expense efficiencies. Kelly has spent most of her career outperforming senior housing KPI metrics.

Kristina Vance is the Vice President of Sales at ETROS Management Firm. She brings over a decade of senior housing experience from top national companies, both public and private. Kristina, along with her regional and divisional sales teams, focus on revenue cycle management across client portfolios.
SEAN NELSON, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Sean Nelson is the Vice President of Operations at ETROS Management Firm. Sean is responsible for the operation of each ETROS community, leading the teams to build and execute on plans for overall clinical, financial, and cultural success. He brings over 23 years of leadership experience in Senior Living across the country. Sean is a graduate of the university of Oregon, loves the outdoors, reading and writing, and spending as much time as possible with his two adult daughters.
BRIAN PERINE LPN, COMPLIANCE AND CLINICAL DIRECTOR
As the Compliance and Clinical Director, Brian lends his over 30 years of experience in senior housing across the nation to ensure state compliance and outcomes. Brian focuses his time with the community Health Service Directors to create operational efficiencies while maintaining state compliance and support for the nursing team members he serves.
